Valentine is an experienced leadership consultant and coach, working to help individuals and organisations unlock their full potential and reach higher performance and purpose. With 20 years experience in management and consulting, Valentine brings to her clients the value of solid academic knowledge, practical business experience across industries, and a passion to help her clients grow and reach their goals.

In her role as a consultant and professional coach, Valentine has successfully helped individuals and organisations design and manage change, develop their leadership, and create an appropriate environment for creativity and collaboration. Along her career, she has built an expertise in leadership and personal development, coaching, work life integration, and gender balance.

Valentine has worked with leading organisations in Belgium and in Chile, including nine years with McKinsey & Company Belgium, where she worked as a consultant and in professional development. She was also ViceDirector of the Executive Development Center of the Catholic University of Chile, and Director of the Leadership Center at ComunidadMujer, a Chilean NGO aiming at improving women’s impact in business and society.

Valentine holds an MBA degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium), and a Commercial Engineer degree from Catholic University of Chile. She is a certified Ontological Coach from Newfield Network, and holds a Diploma on Leadership and Coaching from Adolfo Ibáñez University (Chile). Valentine is a Certified MBTI Practitioner, and a member of the International Coach Federation.
